'As prolific online shoppers ourselves, we understand how important protecting personal data and secure online shopping is to our customers. Like you, we don’t enjoy receiving spam emails and we also don’t want the hassle of worrying about who has access to our card details. We want you to be happy about using our website and shopping with us. We have drawn up these Privacy and Security policies for your information.

Privacy Policy
We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. The only personal information we collect within this website are your order details (excluding credit or debit card information) when an order is placed.
We collect this information for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Your personal details are held on a secure server and we will never pass your details onto a third party without your explicit consent.
Cookies
Our cookies do not contain any personal information about you and are used only to determine your browser and user preferences for our site. We use cookies to simplify the shopping process and to enhance the online experience for you. They are also used to analyse data about the way our website is used, allowing us to improve our site and tailor it to our customer’s needs. To use our site fully, cookies need to be enabled
Security Policy
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.
Objects of Design use RBS Worldpay to process credit and debit card transactions
Objects of Design do not store your credit or debit card details at any time.
The following is taken from the RBS Worldpay website-
The RBS WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, our public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate RBS WorldPay to obtain confidential information.
Transaction Encryption
The transfer of the purchase details from the retailer’s site to RBS WorldPay are encapsulated using our own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.
Data Storage
Data storage on RBS WorldPay systems, and the communication between RBS WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.
